- Completed programs or certificates already issued

Bank Transfers
Direct bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on banking networks.
Alternative Methods
For other payment methods, processing times vary. We'll provide specific timelines when we approve your request.
Partial Refunds & Special Circumstances
Sometimes a full refund isn't appropriate, but we still want to find a fair solution. We may offer partial refunds when you've accessed some program content but experienced significant issues.
Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the percentage of content accessed and the specific circumstances of your situation. For example, if you've completed 30% of a program but encountered technical problems affecting the rest, we might offer a 70% refund.
We also consider extenuating circumstances like medical emergencies, family situations, or unexpected financial hardship. If something significant has happened that affects your ability to complete the program, please let us know. We're here to help, not create additional stress.
Program Cancellation Policy
If we need to cancel or significantly modify a program, you'll receive a full refund automatically. This includes situations where:
- We discontinue a program before you've completed it
- Scheduled live sessions are cancelled without suitable alternatives
- We make major changes to program content or structure
- Technical issues on our end prevent program delivery
Subscription Management
For subscription-based services, you can cancel at any time. Here's how it works:
- Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused subscription time
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime at current pricing
